Mark Kerzner, President
Mark holds an MS in Math, an MSCS, and a recent JD concentrating in eDiscovery.
He has solved some of the toughest software design challenges, for which he received multiple awards,
and his solutions are currently in use all over the world.
He has authored books, papers, and patents, and has a working knowledge of ten languages.
Mark specializes in the security side of software design, information governance, and
related eDiscovery and computer forensics. He is involved with the ISSA and OWASP.
He is a
reviewer
for the
OWASP Summer of Code 2008.
Jim Stephens, Chief Investigations Specialist and VP of Marketing
Jim is the License holder issued by the Private Security Bureau of Texas.
Mr. Stephens gained his 8 years security
experience as a United States Air Force officer working in nuclear weapons in top secret systems
environments. He has command experience working with security response/investigation teams
under adverse conditions. Mr. Stephens holds degrees in Business Administration (BS), Safety
Management, and Environmental Engineering (MS), accompanied by minors in chemistry, biology,
psychology and arts.
Martin Decoteau, COO
Martin is also owner and operator of Lawyers Delivery in Houston for over 10 years. Martin is a
Texas Certified Private Process Server. He provides expert and experienced insight to the special
needs of law offices and the organization to supply these needs. His other skills include Custom
Computer Systems Designer and Database Management. He is also a technical problem solver,
craftsman, mechanic, and self motivator. Martin holds an AS in Electrical Engineering Technology from
Nichols State University, where he was All Deans List Junior and Senior year.
Kyle Munz, CTO.
Kyle is knowledgeable in computers, networks, forensics, and
security. He holds the CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker) certification and is working on the CCE (Certified
Computer Examiner). He has been working with computer technology for over 10 years. In addition,
he knows Houston and Houston's legal firms.
